Established in 2003 and started exporting in 2005, Aone Communication Leather Factory is a manufacturer of cases for all kinds of digital devices. Our main products include cell phone cases, PDA cases, MP3 cases, digital camera cases and promotional gifts, which sell well all over the world.
We annually invest 50% of profits in our R&D composed of 20 designers with 10 years' experience who can speak English. They can offer 100 new products monthly and finish customized samples in two to five days. We have also cooperated with a mold factory for over five years, allowing us to offer a new mold as fast as two days.
We allocate 30 QC staff with 10 years' experience to 10 for each production line. They conduct strict quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products and maintain a 0.1% repair rate. They provide one-year warranty as well. We have cooperated with 30 raw material suppliers for 10 years. Moreover, through our efforts we were awarded the China Leather honorable mention in 2008.
Our factories cover a total of 2,300 square meters and house 600 workers. They have modern production equipment with advanced mold design and manufacturing centers, which allow us to design mobile cases according to market demands and provide a lead time of 15 days for orders for 30,000 pieces and a monthly production capacity of 500,000 mobile phone cases, 100,000 tablet PC cases and 200,000 camera cases. In addition, we are constantly growing and expanding our production lines to cater to the ever-changing needs of users.
